Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on University Onesies. We will gladly offer a credit of the purchase price amount minus your shipping cost for orders returned within 7 days of purchase.

- Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer, unless it was an error of the University of Onesie.

- Processing Policy: After order is completed, University of Onesie will ship orders 2 days after final processing.

- All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST, will be processed the following business day.

  - During the final sale period, all sales are final orders fare processed and shipped on a 3-5 business day schedule. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

- Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. If additional information is needed to verity the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed 1-2 business days or until the information has been verified.

-If your address does not mail the address on your purchase card, additional information will be needed to properly process your order.

Shipping Policy

-We primarily use USPS Priority Mail on ordered planed within the United States and charge a various rate based on that shipping destination on all orders. Orders shipping to PO Boxes addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail.

University of Onesie understand there are many onesies from alternate shops. For this reason, University of Onesie will not take other companies merchandise. Payments:

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, we do not accept payments via Vemmo or Zelle payments, we do have one CASHAPP: UNIVERSITYOFONESIE.

As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

If your billing address is different that your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction.
