Return Policy: a. We do not offer refunds on University Onesies. We will gladly offer a credit of the purchase price amount minus your shipping cost for orders returned within 7 days of purchase. Orders placed after 12PM EST, will be processed the following business day. b. During the final sale period, all sales are final orders fare processed and shipped on a 3-5 business day schedule. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. c. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. If additional information is needed to verity the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed 1-2 business days or until the information has been verified. d.
